Step into the generous entrance hallway where there is plenty of storage space for coats and shoes, and head through to the large lounge with cosy sofas where you can relax. There is a modern full function TV so you can catch up on your favourite programmes or binge a box set if you have a subscription. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for preparing a delicious family meal with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools for morning coffee. Afterwards, head through to the dining room located in the historic roundel part of the building and get the family together around the dining table with seating for all. This is the perfect place to catch up on the highlights of your day. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs there are four bedrooms, consisting of two king-size, a double and a single bedroom. Also upstairs is a stylish shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

A door from the kitchen leads out into a private courtyard area where there is space for enjoying outdoor family meals on the picnic benches and charcoal BBQ. Guests also have the use of the owners' shared outdoor heated swimming pool (July-August) with a separate changing room with WC. The sauna and jacuzzi that is available all year around. There is a rota system in place and Oast house has the use of these facilities in between ten and midday. Also on the property you will find ample woodlands, a picnic area, and a tennis court for guests to use with prior arrangement. The property can accommodate off-road parking for three cars. Storage for bikes is available in our secure garage. This property is situated on a farm with lots of farm animals and guests can arrange a time with owner to access them if its convenient.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
